PromptMed Urgent Care understands the importance of accessibility! Therefore, all PromptMed Urgent Care clinics are open 7 days a week: 363 days a year and daily operating hours are 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday; 9am to 5pm on Saturdays & Sundays. PromptMed Urgent Care is working diligently to fill the gaps in healthcare and to ensure their communities have consistent access to reliable medical care.

With extended operating hours, and availability on the weekends, PromptMed Urgent care offers medical support when an accident happens outside of business hours, the problem cannot wait for an appointment with your Primary Care Doctor and a visit to the Emergency Room doesn’t fit into the schedule. PromptMed Urgent Care offers a comfortable waiting room with a cozy fireplace and a convenient coffee station for waiting patients and families to enjoy. Each state-of-the-art PromptMed Urgent Care facility is also equipped with the latest medical technology, such as digital X-ray equipment, meaning our providers can preview images in-house, and the latest machinery in PCR testing, delivering our patients to a more accurate diagnosis and quicker treatment. PromptMed Urgent Care believes in giving the right tools to the right people, ensuring our providers can give the best possible care to our patients.
