  • Available at All Locations – Visit any of our PromptMed Urgent Care clinics to get started.

What to Bring

  • Your child’s insurance card

  • A parent or guardian ID

  • Any required physical forms (out of state or camp)

  • If your child's insurance is not in-network or participating, our cash-pay physicals are only $49.
